Dispatch Timeframe
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Packaging
All SW Labs compounds are shipped in discreet, unmarked outer packaging. Peptide compounds are packaged with appropriate cold-chain considerations to maintain compound integrity during transit.
Lyophilised peptide vials are individually wrapped and secured within padded packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard and express shipping options domestically. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or upon enquiry via Telegram.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates but aim for prompt dispatch.
International Shipping
International shipping availability varies by destination. Please contact us via Telegram before placing an international order to confirm availability for your location.

Tracking

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and work toward a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
